Canon Camera Lens #4: Canon EF 200mm f/2L IS USM
The Canon EF 200mm f/2L IS USM is the modern replacement of the legendary 200mm f/1.8L introduced back in 2003.
This highly priced lens adds a slew of new features that professional photographers will fully embrace with the most notable being the 4 stop image stabilization.
The design alone separates it from the rest of the pack sporting a white exterior with 7 new glass elements for a total of 17 elements in 12 groups to bring the sharpness quality to the max in every part of the image.
It is well protected with all of the vital components sealed with rubber gaskets to make it weatherproof.
Chromatic aberration is handled flawlessly when used on full-frame camera bodies as well as the sub-frame models. On its worst performance, the CA presence is just less than 0.02% and the same can be said with corner shading. The autofocus also proves to be completely quiet and very fast.
All this comes at a heavy price tag costing about $4,500 (first sold at $6,000) and a heavy weight weighing at 5.6 pounds making it best used with a tripod. This lens is exclusively for professional photographers that have experience with other pro lenses as the EF 200mm f/2L has plenty of switches and options to fine tune their shooting.

Canon Camera Lens #5: Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM
Another lens that has the unique white design is the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM which is popular amongst photographers that want telephoto zoom lens.
Like the more expensive Canon EF 200mm f/2L IS USM, the 70-200mm 4L IS USM has the waterproof and dust proof construction and image stabilizer to provide 4 stops of shake correction.
It also has similar autofocus features as well sporting a ring-type ultra sonic monitor to keep the autofocus fast and quiet.
In fact, this lens compares rather well in the center sharpness category when pitted against some of the best primes by Canon like the 100mm f/2.8 and the use of fluorite UD lens elements add an extra boost in the resolution quality and contrast.
The way the autofocus system was designed and the 3-inch diameter profile makes this lens much lighter weighing about 26 ounces. Priced at just over $1,000 this model gets it right in both construction quality and image quality for its supported focal length.
